Perry is the oldest child and only son of David, Betelguese's Prime. He is a T-1 Prime Talent like his father and has two sisters, Morgelle and Xahra. Perry is married to Adela.
Perry was assigned to the Alliances Fourth Fleet, the Asimov headed that fleet where he acted as Prime.
