Morfanu is from Deneb and is a kinetic and receiving telepath. When we first meet him he is assisting the Rowan in finding parts to set up a make shift Tower. Later we find out he has been tested as a T-3 and he is running the Tower, presumably till Jeran is officially make Deneb Prime.
